This year's Mary and Joseph dinner was by far the best we have had. I found some lamb and marinated it in garlic and Rosemary. We even threw in some potatoes and carrots this year. I am not a huge fan of lamb, but this was so yummy! The kids were so excited to sit and eat in the living room (something that is forbidden any other time).

glad you had a merry christmas, we also have a family tradition of new jammies on christmas eve. i would love to start that Mary and Joseph dinner tradition also such a cute idea, unfortunately i don't think my kids will think eating in the front room is a big deal since i let them do it too often already. i actually grew up always eating in the front room, we didn't have a kitchen table big enough for my family:) have a happy new year too!
